This environment was created for the Polycount 'BRAWL' competition by myself and friend James Catterson.

We chose to remake Sean's stage from Street Fighter 3 but we wanted to bring some futuristic elements and change it to a night shot to create more of a dramatic result.

 

This scene was completed in 4 weeks, I was in charge of assembling everything inside UDK and creating a large number of assets for the scene. As soon as the

competition begun we knew we wanted to implement some of the new DX11 features inside UDK which includes the reflections and Bokeh DOF.

 


 

This is the original conept for the stage along with a paintover I did to roughly show how we wanted the final scene to look and what elements would be needed for the final piece.


 


 

Below is the final scene as well as a breakdown of the different assets that I created.
